At Franco Pinto co. we are looking for an inspiring individual to join our expanding IT company based in Khartoum.

Serves as point of administrative contact internally, Manages and executes administrative and executive support activities, Administers the day-to-day Human Resources activities
Coordinates the development and preparation of revenue, and expense budgets and all financial reports for the organization.

- leads and coordinates internal planning, implementation, and administration of HR services, to include day-to-day employment, compensation and performance management
- Oversees recruitment and employment processes, to include applicant screening, and all aspects of the interview and selection process
- Performs training needs analyses, as appropriate, and initiates, develops, and coordinates the implementation of specific training and development programs for new and existing staff.
- Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
- Supervises the work of employees in supporting roles, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance.
- Oversees the operation of accounts, and plans and monitors expenditures; as appropriate, develops and coordinates budgets.

Minimum Job Requirements
Completed degree from an accredited institution
- BSc. in Business
- MBA in HR is preferred
- Good English (writing and speaking)
- At least 1 year experience

- Ability to lead and train staff
- Conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
