Electrical & Mechanical Engineers
Construction and Facility Management Company is seeking candidates to operate and maintains self-content camp which includes- but not limited to- electromechanical services, hard and soft landscaping, janitorial and catering services. Function of operation and maintenance will be performed by in-house corporate staff. Above mentioned Facilities will cover accommodations, offices, restaurant, electromechanical services and outdoor green areas. Responsibilities include providing janitorial and maintenance services, security, engineering services, and managing smart security and TV and information systems. The facility management target is to create an environment that encourages productivity and considered safe and pleasant to clients and customers.
Electrical and Mechanical engineers with the following:
1/ Bachelor degree from recognized university.
2/ Experience of 5 – 10 yrs. in the same field of operation and maintenance.
3/ Capabilities of following drawings, specifications, manuals and manufacturer’s data.
4/ Familiarity of preparation, execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance.
5/ Fluent in English and have a good knowledge of related computer software and programs.
