Position Title: HR/Admin – Support Officer
IMC Sudan – Base in Khartoum
Gross salary: 3,518.41 SDG per month
Scope of work:
International Medical Corps (IMC) is looking for qualified Sudanese HR/Admin to works under the supervision and guidance of Senior HR/Admin Manager.
Main Task and Responsibilities:
• Management of IMC national staff personnel files per site
• Update staff personnel files and keep the all records in order
• Update staff files and ensure following documents are available in each personnel file, contract and change of status, leaves, SEA documents, CV, job Description, credentials
• Keep update scanning contract and COS and liaise with Senior HR/Admin Manager to send the scan document to Split
• Assist in admin tasks of the liaison officer by preparing ongoing letters and keeps legal status of the expat in Sudan including visas, stay permit, work permit, registration and act on behalf of him/her in case of absent
• Follow up with finance he audit finding regarding HR issues
• Provide update scanning contract and COS to finance section
• Tracking staff performance evaluation, update contract, annual leave status and liaise with respective site for update the file and update Senior HR/Admin Manager for any renewal of staff contract and performance evaluation

Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor in business administration or any social science field
• 2 years experience in HR/Admin field, experience in the field of INGO is preferable
• Good English and Arabic languages
• Willingness to assist with other tasks as requested
• Time management skills
• Ability to cope with stressful situation
• Good knowledge of computer skill both excels & words
• Flexibility, adaptability & capacity to function as part of a team
