MASS Segment Development Specialist
As MASS Segment Development Specialist you will be responsible for MASS Segment Development Team Leader to Design/Develop & Execute ideas for the Mass segment. Also you will be asked to coordinate the marketing effort of these new products & services .
Your main duties and responsibilities will be :-
Develop and execute marketing plans and programs for the Mass Segment, both short and long range as well as coordinating at all stages with stakeholder departments (Commercial, IT, Finance, etc..).
Develop plans and initiatives to acquire & stimulate the Mass Segment.
Prepare monthly & quarterly statistical reports of the Mass Segment against business targets on New Activations’ respective Revenue & Usage.
Responsible of monitoring the new additions at a regional level against the target by conducting analysis to fully understand the reasons behind increase/decrease in new additions’ market share.
Resolve any issues related to New Activations at a timely manner and co-ordinate with other development units on that matter.
Continuously monitor the telecom market (Competition) for new activities, launched offers, possible threats, or any internal/external factors that may affect the main KPIs.
Drive loyalty and relevancy through new promotions and reach a deep understanding of Mass customer’s profiles.
Cultivate internal and external awareness of the Mass Segment features.
Ensure the compliance of policies and procedures in the customer care with the Information Security guides .
What do I need
You will be required to have B.Sc in Economics, Business Adminstration , Computer Science/ Engineering , IT , Telecommunication or any relevant filed filed with at least 2 years experience in business development.
You will be essentially required to have relevant professional Marketing/Business qualification .
You will be asked to have previous strong track record of success in major new product launches.
Also you will be required to have good Knowledge of current best practice market research methods and approaches.
Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic & English.
Planning & organizing skills.
Analytical thinking & problem solving skills.
Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Design skills in research and evaluation
