Planning & Reporting Manager
1.To support the business to meet and exceed business growth targets through the efforts associated with translating the completed set of books into specific data formats required for internal and external customers included are the provision of specific data formats containing certain financial elements not on the books e.g. Capital budgets.
2.To help the business line management understand business events and their financial implications via presentations/ Earnings Reconciliations etc for Strategic Planning/ Annual planning and Monthly Business Analytics.
3.To support the business of the company to meet and exceed business objectives through a sound Planning process.
-Develops and implements Planning and Budget (P&B) process.
-Coordinates the development of strategic business plans. Works closely with the key stakeholders to assure alignment.
-Manages the Capital Budget process.
-Reporting Against Budget:
-Responsible for preparation, analysis and distribution of periodic reports of actual financial performance against budget.
-Oversight and support of reporting activities (assisting in Setup/ training/ administration/ etc.).
-Accounts Structure: Action updates to corporate accounts structures within defined framework.
-General Ledger Integrity: Reconciles and balances the periodic reports to General Ledger.
-Affiliate Reporting:Records and structures reference to segment/ sector/ business unit and other information to support stakeholder reporting per prevailing requirements/ and produce stakeholder reports as directed.
-Taxation:Assist in accounting for corporate taxes payable by and due to the company and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
PRE-ENTRY REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:
-A university degree / Professional qualification and at least 5 years post qualification experience in Financial Analysis & Reporting and exposure in company operations in the various business segments.

-To be fluent in English Language
-Very good skills in Office application in general/ but in particular/ excellent skills in MS Excel application.
