To carry out customer's related tasks with respect to handling customers queries over phone or for walking in customers, as well as updating SVC status on the ERP system. SVC coordinator will assist SVC team leader in all SVC activities.
Bachelor’s degree from reputed university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, industry.
Verbal and written communication
Arabic and English Language
Understanding of operational processes and procedures.
Quality Management Systems.
Planning and Organizing
Knowledge of Product Manuals/Drawings
